Sometimes I do that too.
I designed my own brand of guitars. I’m mostly involved in the design process, cutting and testing the patterns and guides made in laser cut MDF and acrylic. Sometimes I get to make the entire body of the guitar and part of the neck, as long as it doesn’t involve the minutia and represents the detailed work, which is mostly made by Miguel López, a friend of mine and an amazing (and real) Luthier.
